ep8 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the ep8 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any services provided.
Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the ep8 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ep8’s services.
Use of the ep8 platform is limited to individuals aged 18 or above and located in jurisdictions where online betting is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
Ep8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or revoke any part of these terms at any time. Change notices will be posted on this website, and your continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To use ep8’s services, you must register a personal account. Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. ep8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include ID card, passport, or other official recognized documents. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details confidential, including username and password. ep8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding login information.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must immediately notify ep8 support via email: [email protected].
Platform Usage Rules
Ep8 users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to access or manipulate the platform without ep8’s written permission.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account.
- Exploiting technical glitches, bugs, or system inaccuracies to gain unfair advantage.
- Distributing content that is offensive, obscene, threatening, or violates Malaysian law through any communication channels on the platform.
- Registering accounts on behalf of others without proper authorization.
Ep8 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate actions including account suspension, balance confiscation, or reporting to relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the ep8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ep8 supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including online banking via FPX and Touch 'n Go e-wallet. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method selected.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment processor. In rare cases where deposits are not credited within the expected time, users can contact support with transaction proof for further investigation.
Withdrawals will be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under the same ep8 account holder’s name. ep8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing time varies by method chosen and may take between one to five business days depending on the bank or payment processor.
Any transaction fees imposed by banks or payment processors are the user’s responsibility. ep8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification (KYC) is fully completed.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
Ep8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. ep8’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by that user within thirty days prior to any claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ep8 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or at the request of authorities. In cases of account closure due to violations, remaining account balances may be confiscated. Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting support.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the ep8 platform are the exclusive property of ep8 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any materials without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The ep8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services including payment processors and game providers. ep8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Using third-party services is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
Ep8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved exclusively in courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
